We provide free aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us, such as:

We provide free language assistance services to people whose primary language is not English, including qualified interpreters and information written in other languages. Spanish-language interpretation is available on request.

A separate Civil Rights Coordinator may be appointed in the future; until then, Lorraine Black serves in both clinical and Civil Rights Coordinator capacities. Grievances may be filed in person, by mail, or by email. We will assist you in filing a grievance if you need help.
